Housing Finance Bank’s ‘Move Like A Don’ salary loan campaign to empower Ugandans

KAMPALA, Uganda – Housing Finance Bank has unveiled the ‘Move Like A Don’ salary loan campaign, a 120-day initiative designed to support Ugandans in achieving their financial goals and aspirations for 2025. The campaign was launched by the bank’s leadership, including Managing Director Michael K. Mugabi and John Baptist Kaweesi Head of Mortgages and Consumer Banking, during a media breakfast at Four Points by Sheraton in Kololo.
The ‘Move Like A Don’ campaign offers customers unsecured salary loans of up to UGX 400 million, with a quick 48-hour processing time and flexible repayment periods of up to 84 months. Additionally, customers can benefit from zero-fees loan buyouts and attractive interest rates.
According to Michael K. Mugabi, Managing Director of Housing Finance Bank, “Our goal is to transform the lives of our customers by providing unparalleled financial solutions. With ‘Move Like A Don,’ we’re offering more than just financing – we’re providing a gateway to a world of possibilities.”
John Baptist Kaweesi Head of Mortgages and Consumer Banking, emphasized the campaign’s inclusivity, stating, “We understand the critical role financial support plays in turning aspirations into reality. ‘Move Like A Don’ is our commitment to empowering customers to achieve their personal and financial milestones in 2025.”
The campaign’s key benefits include loan amounts of up to UGX 400 million, no collateral requirements, flexible use of funds, quick approval processes, attractive interest rates, and affordable repayment plans.
