Gladiator back in cinema 

Gladiator II is the sequel to Russel Crowe’s award-winning Gladiator (2000).

Lucius, the protagonist, watched as Rome’s emperors conquered his home. Inspired by Maximus’s death, which he witnessed, Lucius goes on a mission to free Rome’s people from tyranny.

Boasting a Rotten Tomatoes critic rating of 75 per cent, some reviewers are calling the movie Ridley Scott’s best since The Martian, praising the dazzling action, compelling characters, and well-paced story.
