Finally, reality TV I can watch! 

I hate reality television. Why? Because it is all fake. But once in a while, something comes along and shatters my expectations.

This brings us to Thirsk, northern Yorkshire in England, a small town of 9,000 people. Ten law-abiding citizens will walk away with a fortune if they can accomplish an extraordinary task.

The contestants must pull off the perfect heist. Success means stealing a quarter million pounds and keeping the loot hidden for two weeks.

Hot on their heels is a crack team of detectives hellbent on recovering every cent before the deadline elapses. What if the detectives fail? What if the heist succeeds?

The participants keep the money, which amounts to 25,000 pounds per person. Amazon has engineered the best reality show of all time in The Heist.
