MYDAWA’s Neil O’Leary Strengthens Regional Dominance With Guardian And Rocket Health Acquisitions, Bullish About A Solid Future  Nearly two years after MYDAWA, an out-of-Kenya e-healthcare firm, acquired 100% of Guardian Health, one of the 5 top pharmacy chains in Uganda, built by pharmapreneur Anthony Natif, with backing from Private Equity firm Ascent Capital, CEO East Africa Magazine’s Muhereza Kyamutetera, spoke to Neil O’Leary, MYDAWA’s founder about the progress of the Guardian Health in Uganda. This is amidst MYDAWA’s recent 100% acquisition of The Medical Concierge Group (TMCG), the holding company of Rocket Health, Ugadna’s pioneering telemedicine provider. Backed by key funders such as Creadev Africa and Alta Semper, O’Leary is bullish about the future of MYDAWA in the region and across the African continent.
