Carrefour Uganda launches Black November sale: Officials cut the ribbon to usher in a month of unprecedented discounts and savings

KAMPALA, UGANDA – Carrefour Uganda, operated by Majid Al Futtaim, has unveiled its highly anticipated Black November campaign, offering discounts of up to 50% across a wide range of products.

The month-long sale, themed “Get Saved with the Big Chop,” starts today and will be available at all seven Carrefour supermarket locations in Uganda.

“Our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional value and quality ensures that customers can enjoy their favourite products at very affordable prices. We are thrilled to offer this remarkable opportunity to save during our Black November campaign,” said Christophe Orcet, Regional Director for East Africa at Carrefour.

“The theme ‘Get Saved with the Big Chop’ embodies our dedication to empowering families by providing high-quality products at significantly lower prices. We believe this is the perfect time for everyone to stock up and take advantage of substantial savings!” Orcet added.

Customers can expect significant savings on fresh groceries, electronics, fashion, and home goods.

In addition to the discounts, Carrefour Uganda will host special promotions, including weekly deals and exclusive offers for MYClub loyalty card members.

Analysts say the move is likely to boost sales and drive customer loyalty in Uganda’s competitive retail market.
