Online platform, Impartial World, has registered a sharp increase in the number of clients using its website and App to access services.
Ritah Nabalwanyi, the company’s operations manager, says the Impartial World website and its user-friendly App have become a one-stop service online centre.
“Our clients can access a wide range of vetted and verified professional, skilled and semi-skilled services instantly and conveniently, offered by both blue-collar and white-collar service providers,” Nabalwanyi said in an interview on April 22.
According to Nabalwanyi, Impartial World has grown its client base to over 10,000 users, over 15,000 website visitors and more than 1,000 verified registered service providers.
Founded in 2019, Impartial World is a platform that brings together a range of verified service providers such as engineers, doctors, lawyers, mechanics, publishers, marketers, real estate agents, hotels, salon owners, tours and travel.
The platform also enables users to consult a service provider using the chat feature, plus having direct payments for the services needed, through the Impartial World wallet.
Apart from the trading portal, the platform also provides blog articles and videos that inform users about the different services available on the market.
Located at the Ntinda-based Innovations village, an ICT incubator for community entrepreneurs, Impartial World is using technology to run business with minimal resources in the post-Covid-19 era.
Nabalwanyi notes that Impartial World’s growth journey has been impressive after setting off as a simple Application offering only legal services five years ago to now cater for all varieties of services.
To upload their services and receive orders from clients on the platform, *is free and service providers are only charged a commission of 7% off every successful order transacted on the platform.*
“We have a new product called ‘Impartial Pro’ where service providers can access features on the platform such as direct advertising to potential clients. For the Impartial Pro, service providers are charged 7% of their respective service price as a monthly subscription to qualify for the Impartial Pro category.
