Creed III is an American sports drama and the third film in the Creed series (but technically the ninth movie in the Rocky film franchise).
Micheal B. Jordan’s Adonis Creed is back. Life has been good to him. His career and family life are thriving. The same cannot be said for his childhood friend Damian, who just resurfaced after a long stint in prison.
Damian, a boxing prodigy, is determined to prove himself, even if it means tearing everything Adonis has built to the ground.
People love Creed III. The film has a Rotten Tomatoes critic rating of 87 per cent and an audience score of 96 per cent, which excites me.
I have not watched the previous movies, but intend to give Creed III a shot primarily because Micheal B. Jordan (also the director) has spoken frequently of the anime that influenced him when he made this movie, specifically shows like Naruto and Fullmetal Alchemist.
