You can watch Antman and The Wasp: Quantamania in cinemas today.
Paul Rudd’s Scott Lang will undertake a perilous journey into the Quantum Realm to stop a time-traveling madman.
The film has a 48 per cent critic rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The audience score is 84 per cent, which is encouraging. But the reviews are all over the place.
Some people have called it the best installment in the franchise. Others think it’s the worst Marvel movie to date. I have argued before that Antman 1 was an Edgar Wright project that Peyton Reed executed, which is why it rocked.
Antman 2 and 3 are solely Peyton Reed movies, which is why they have failed to recapture the magic of the first film.
