The Witcher: Blood Origin came to Netflix on December 25.
The story is set 1,200 years in the past, before the worlds merged, allowing humans and monsters to invade the elven realm that Geralt inhabits during the first two seasons of The Witcher.
The show follows a group of warriors that must cast their differences aside and join forces to stop an evil princess. But early reviews have not been kind to this prequel, criticizing the bland story and flat performances.
If you are starved for entertainment, you are better off watching Troll (Netflix), Top Gun: Maverick (Paramount Plus), Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery (Netflix), and Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio (Netflix).
