2024 Africa Investment Leaders Forum & Awards launched 

Scheduled for June 24-26, 2024, in Zimbabwe, the inaugural Africa Investment Leaders Forum & Awards (AILF) is set to showcase Africa’s potential as an attractive investment destination and unlock new avenues for economic growth.

AILF is set to bring together investors, leaders, CEOs, policymakers, industry experts, and government officials from across the continent and the world according to CEO of AILF Kudzai Mukuku.

At a press conference held at Harare’s prestigious Rainbow Towers Hotel on December 18, Kudzai emphasized that the forum will be a “melting pot of ideas” to establish Africa as a premier investment destination.

AILF chief of communications, Farai Muvuti said the forum’s pivotal role is to drive positive change across Africa through collaborations and dialogue among key stakeholders, stimulate cross-border investments, enhance infrastructure development, and empower local industries.

To ensure inclusivity and a diversity of perspectives, stakeholder briefs are set to be conducted in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Nigeria, and Morocco. These briefings, held as precursors to the main event, aim to engage stakeholders from across the continent, ensuring that voices from all corners of Africa are heard.

With categories spanning sectors such as oil & mining industries, agriculture, media & entertainment, real estate & construction, manufacturing, technology, and more, the awards will acknowledge remarkable achievements and contributions towards Africa’s economic growth.

Alongside the main awards ceremony, AILF will also host several sub-events, including investment forums, a networking luncheon, the Africa wealth forum, a champions dinner, and a presidential symposium.
