The Dive is a mystery thriller in which two sisters undertake a diving trip to one of the remotest spots in the world.
When a catastrophic landslide traps May under debris 28 meters below the surface, Drew will put her life on the line to save her sister from certain death.
So far, The Dive, starring Louisa Krause and Sophie Lowe, has a Rotten Tomatoes critic rating of 62 per cent and an audience score of 43 percent, but that is after less than 50 ratings.
Those scores may change as more people add their ratings. Critics have compared the movie to James Franco’s 127 Hours (where he gets stuck in a rock), and after seeing the trailer, I agree. The film seems tense.
Although, some reviewers have called it formulaic and uninteresting. You can watch The Dive in cinemas today.
