Mulago doctor goes missing 

Dr Winfred Nakanjako

Police has asked members of the public to provide any information on the whereabouts of Winfred Nakanjako, a medical doctor at Mulago National Referral hospital who went missing from her home on Wednesday afternoon. 

Kampala Metropolitan police spokesperson, Patrick Onyango explains that Nakanjako disappeared from her marital home in Kinonya zone, Rubaga Division in Kampala at around 1:30 pm.

“She was last seen at Kasubi around traffic lights and later disappeared to an unknown area, efforts to trace her are ongoing,” Onyango said.

He asked members of the public to inform the nearest police or local authority once Nakanjako shows up in their area. Dr Nakanjako is the wife of Dr Henry Ssemwanga, with whom they have one daughter.
