FINCA Uganda names Muhamad Isiko as Regional Manager

KAMPALA – FINCA Uganda Limited (MDI), Uganda’s second-largest micro-finance deposit-taking institution has appointed Muhamad Isiko as the Regional Manager.

Muhamad has over 10 years of experience in commercial banking and microfinance, especially in the micro and SME business segments, for assets and liabilities.

He is also knowledgeable about the operations of the insurance sector.

He describes himself as “self-motivated by tasks and task accomplishment with good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as reliable with integrity”. He also says he is “results-oriented, hardworking and good at networking”.

“I am always ready, willing to learn and be adaptive to changes. I am also a seasoned leader with wide skills in people management, performance management, a team worker with respect, transparency and integrity,” he says.
